The Inspection of Work and Social Security has extended an act of infraction to BBVA to deny to a worker its right to accumulated lactation, according to has informed the union section into the UGT in BBVA in an official notice.
In particular, according to the union, the organization has denied to the worker its right to lactation in the established terms so much in the collective agreement of the bank as in the plan of equality of the company.
Thus, after enjoying the maternity permission, the company denied this request that it had demanded in the option of accumulated permission of 15 days. The reason that alleged BBVA is that the father of his son does not work.

According to the UGT, the Inspection it considers that the argumentation of the company is an erroneous interpretation of the agreement that, in any case, would have to respect the Statute of the Workers (LAW 16117/2015) and that in addition, does not consider the lactation permission.
